Yooh Terms of Service
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services (Or at least 16 years old if you are a resident of certain European countries, United Kingdom, Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland).
Account
If you signing up for an yooh account, you are responsible for all activity on your account. Be mindful about protecting your account password. If you signing up, you have to create the account for your own person. It is no allowed to create fake accounts or try to represent someone else.

Creating content
Don’t include any private or sensitive information in any public part of the services. You are responsible for all content you provided or created at yooh.io.
Yooh entries & drawings
All user made drawings (Created drawings inside the yooh editor) are part of the service as soon as you uploaded them. Once you have uploaded user content it is part of the library provided by the yooh service. You will not be able to delete that user content from the services. You can delete your own yooh entries/collection in the yooh user management, but not the drawing itself.
Use of yooh service
You agree and respect the yooh Community guidelines.
Cookies and session

Termination
We may terminate or block your account at any time, if you dont respect the terms of service. You can also choose to delete your account or stop use of the services at any time, but note that parts of this agreement still apply to you even after you stop using the services.
Community guidelines
Keep yooh entries friendly:
The purpose of yooh is to add a bit of fun to our online lives, so keep your yooh friendly. Do not create or upload any content meant to hurt another individual.
Respect privacy:
It’s important to respect and honor the privacy and consent of the individuals depicted in your yooh entries.
Remove reported content:
Please remove reported yooh entries or comments if someone is reporting them to you.
Keep drawings friendly:
Please keep self made drawings friendly. It is not allowed to draw adults content or forbidden symboles.
Do not spam:
Please provide nice and friendly content. Do not create bad content and/or try to just spam yooh.io service.
Yooh reserves the right to delete/block users or yooh entries if the guidelines are not respected.
FAQ
How can i reset my user account password?
You can reset the password via this link https://yooh.io/account/reset
How can i delete my user account?
You have to login to your account and navigate to the user management page. There is section named "Account visiblility" you can perform the deletion. As soon as you performed the deletion, it will take up to 48h until all your data is removed from our servers.
There is a yooh entrie i dont like
You can "report" this yooh to the owner. Open the affected yooh and scroll to the yooh information section. There is a button named "Report". A soon as you clicked this, the owner of the yooh is notified and asked to remove the entry.
What is it about the clans
We use clans as a part of gamification. We may use this more in a future update of the service. There is no advantage or disadvantage of choosing "dogs" or "cats" clan in the first place.
Why cats and dogs?
Because of fun.
Whats is anonYOOHmous
This is the public anonyme user of yooh.io. anonYOOHmous is also a clan, like dogs & cats but you can not apply to this one. All not registered users are using this clan to create public yooh entries. This user has limits e.g. you can just submit limited yoohs per day.

All images are collected images via github and other sources. These are accessible in different sources and are described as copyright free.
